Clock In & Win is our reliability reward initiative designed to recognise the workers who show up, put in the hours, and keep up the hard mahi.

If you work 40 hours per week for four consecutive weeks, you’ll automatically go into the draw to win.

Reliability matters. Teams rely on it. Clients rely on it.
And when you consistently show up and deliver, that deserves recognition.

Clock In & Win is about rewarding the people who make it happen every day.

How It Works

Work all rostered shifts
Complete 40 hours per week
Maintain four consecutive qualifying weeks
No unapproved absences

At the end of each cycle:

One winner is drawn
The winner selects one prize option from the current round’s reward offers.

That’s it. No sign-ups. No extra steps.
Just turn up and do the mahi.

When Does It Start?

The first cycle begins Monday 23rd February.

Prize options are revealed at the start of each round.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
- Open to all active temporary employees of Lowie Recruitment.
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
- Must be placed on assignment during the promotional period.
How to Enter
- To qualify for the draw, workers must:
  - Complete a minimum of 40 hours per week for four consecutive weeks within the applicable campaign cycle; AND
  - Work all rostered shifts with no unapproved absences for four consecutive weeks.
- Hours must be approved and recorded in the Lowie Recruitment payroll system.
- Unapproved absences will not count toward the 40-hour requirement.
- Shift changes or patterns due to client operational requirements will be taken into consideration at Lowie Recruitment’s discretion.
Campaign Period
- Each cycle runs for four consecutive weeks, with the first cycle starting Monday 23^rd February 2026.
- Entries reset at the beginning of each new cycle.
Prize Draw
- Eligible workers will automatically be entered into the prize draw at the end of the cycle.
- One winner will be randomly selected per cycle.
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or text.
Prize Selection
- Winners may choose one prize option from those available for that cycle.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Streak Bonus
- Workers who qualify for three consecutive cycles will receive one bonus entry in their third cycle draw.
- Workers who complete three consecutive qualifying cycles will also be entered into a separate quarterly bonus draw for a larger prize.
- Streaks reset if qualification criteria are not met in a cycle.
Disqualification
- Lowie Recruitment reserves the right to remove eligibility where misconduct, falsified hours, or breach of assignment terms occurs.
General
- Lowie Recruitment reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
